Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and x33 ("x33", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at x33.cam. By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using the x33 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms govern all use of the x33 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, customer support interactions, and any other services made available through x33.cam. They apply to all registered members and visitors to the platform.

x33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email or an in-platform notification. The most current version of these Terms is always available at x33.cam/terms-conditions.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any related policies published by x33:

Account Eligibility

To register for and use an x33 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. x33 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all casino and sports betting activities. Proof of age will be requested during KYC verification.
• You are registering as an individual and are acting entirely on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.
• You are a natural person and not an automated programme, bot, or artificial entity.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to understand the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are not subject to any active self-exclusion order, either requested through x33 or through any other recognised gambling self-exclusion scheme.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal incapacity that prevents you from entering contracts, you must not register.

x33 reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identity card (Malaysian MyKad), passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the x33 Platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. x33 employs technical and manual detection measures to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended without notice, and associated balances forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account details up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. x33 is not liable for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your x33 account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or any unauthorised party — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify x33 support immediately via live chat or email.

4.4 Account Ownership

x33 accounts are non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of an x33 account to any third party is prohibited. Players may not allow any other person to access or use their account, including family members. Any account found to have been accessed or used by a person other than the registered account holder may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

x33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels, subject to availability and applicable limits:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other FPX-participating banks
• DuitNow QR
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), Litecoin (LTC) — converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at time of receipt

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though x33 may apply limits at its discretion for risk management purposes. All funds deposited to x33 must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be refunded where possible.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering safeguard. Processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically within 1–4 hours during operational hours
• Bank transfer (FPX / DuitNow): typically 1–2 business days
• Cryptocurrency: typically 2–24 hours after KYC clearance

x33 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts with outstanding KYC requirements.

Bonus & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and promotional credits issued by x33 are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated as a "no wagering" offer, all bonus credit is subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 35x) applied to the bonus amount received. For example, a 35x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus requires MYR 3,500 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new registered accounts only, on first qualifying deposit. Each Player, household, device, IP address, and payment method is entitled to claim welcome bonuses once. x33 may at its discretion decline to award bonuses or withhold winnings from bonuses where misuse, bonus abuse, or collusion is detected.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credit that is not used within 30 days of being credited to a Player's account will expire automatically. Expired bonus credit and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance without further notice.

6.5 Referral Bonuses

The x33 referral programme awards MYR 38 to both the referring player and the newly registered friend upon the friend completing their first qualifying deposit. Self-referrals — the creation of additional accounts to generate referral rewards — are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may lead to account closure.

Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Outcomes

All games on the x33 Platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer operations sourced from licensed game providers. x33 does not control, modify, or influence individual game outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) figures published on game cards are indicative long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

x33 reserves the right to void, reverse, or decline any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a technical error affected the bet; (b) odds or game parameters were published in error; (c) the bet was placed after an event's natural conclusion; or (d) evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation is identified.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on x33 cover events including but not limited to English Premier League (EPL) matches, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, UFC events, and international football competitions. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, odds are locked. x33 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market at its discretion.

7.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a platform technical failure, disconnection, or game malfunction during an active game session, x33 will review affected bets and apply its standard malfunction resolution procedure. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, bets may be voided and stakes returned. x33 is not liable for losses attributable to internet connection failures on the Player's end.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x33 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
2. Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
3. Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
4. Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions, including through self-referral, coordinated play, or the use of software to meet wagering requirements in a manner not consistent with genuine play.
5. Collusion: Collaborating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or live dealer environments.
6. Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the Platform or to place bets without direct human involvement.
7. Money Laundering: Using the x33 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity. x33 cooperates with applicable law enforcement and regulatory authorities where suspicious financial activity is detected.
8. Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access any part of the Platform's systems, databases, or infrastructure beyond your normal account access.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by x33

x33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion and without advance notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, or where required to do so for regulatory, legal, or security reasons.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting x33 customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance (after deduction of applicable bonus credit not meeting withdrawal criteria) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, subject to KYC completion.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons may request a time-limited or permanent self-exclusion through x33 account settings or via live chat. Once self-exclusion is active, x33 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for their stated duration.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x33 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the x33 Platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

x33 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or circumstances beyond x33's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications outages, or third-party service failures) may result in temporary unavailability for which x33 assumes no liability.

x33's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

x33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering for an x33 account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including your name, date of birth, identity document details, and payment information — is used solely for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, age verification, and regulatory compliance. x33 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Responsible Gambling

x33 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. We require all players to be 21 years of age or older and encourage all members to gamble responsibly and within their means. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all x33 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen reminders to track how long you have been playing.
• Cool-Down Periods: Take a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day break without closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or time-limited exclusion via account settings or live support.
• Loss Limits: Cap maximum losses over a defined period.

Amendments to These Terms

x33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted at x33.cam/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, x33 will provide registered Players with reasonable advance notice via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the x33 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which x33 is duly incorporated and operated.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through x33's internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support. x33 will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached internally, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant competent authority or alternative dispute resolution body.

Nothing in these Terms shall restrict either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its interests.
